The
new font Keralite is compatible with Windows95, Windows98, Windows2000
and Windows NT. After downloading the
Keralite.ttf, sometimes Thiruvairanikkulam site may appear with
jung characters. To eliminate this problem, goto the Fonts folder
under the Windows Directory and ''double click'' Keralite.ttf.
Then again browse Thiruvairanikkulam site. This will solve the
font problem.

- Your
explorer will search for the font and a dialog box to save the font
to disk will come.
- Save
the font in the Fonts Folder of your Windows Directory. (Windows/fonts).
- Then
go to Start, Settings, Control Panel. Doble click on "fonts" folder.
- In
the fonts folder go to "File menu" and select "Install New Font".This
will open up a dialog box.
Select the folder "Windows\fonts" in the folders
list.
- Select
the name Keralite (True Type),
from "list of fonts window" and click OK.
- This
will install the Malayalam font for viewing the site in Malayalam.
- Exit
the control panel. View the site. If you are unable to see the site
in Malayalam you may need to restart the browser
or reboot the machine.
- Netscape
Browser:- To avoid the unwanted lines in our site please do the following:
Goto
netscape - Edit- Preferences menu. Click on colors and remove the
tick mark
on the Underline link option.
- Microsoft
Internet Explorer: To avoid the unwanted lines in our site please
do the following:
Goto
Internet Explorer- Tools Menu and select Internet options, Click on
Advanced and
tick the underline option to Never.
- Please
remember, in some browsers the font will download
as .exe instead of .ttf. In such cases locate the file Keralite*.*
and
rename the file to keralite.ttf then copy to windows\fonts directory.
Now you can installKeralite (true type) as explained above.
