The
temple can be reached by travelling 10 KM from Desom Junction between
Aluva and Angamaly in NH 47 to reach Sreemoolanagaram and then 1.5
KM through Vallom Road and finally 1.5 KM through Akavoor Thiruvairanikkulam
Road.
The
temple can also be reached from Kalady in MC Road and again left
through Vallom Road for 1 KM and finally right through Akavoor Thiruvairanikkulam
Road for 1.5 KM.
There
will be special buses to the temple operating during the festival
period from Aluva, Perumbavoor, Angamaly, Chalakudy, Ernakulam KSRTC
bus stations. On ordinary days also there are scheduled trips from
Ernakulam, Aluva, Chalakudy, Angamaly, KSRTC bus stations and also
many private
buses are operating via Kalady to the temple.
The
temple can be reached via. Aluva Perumbavoor KSRTC route from North
Vazhakulam (Marampally) by crossing Periyar river in the Thiruvairanikkulam
Junkar service.
There
is a daily KSRTC Limited Stop Fast Passenger bus service which start
2.50 pm from Aluva KSRTC stand and reaches the temple at 3.30 pm
from where it goes via Kalady, Perumbavoor, Kottayam, Kottarakara
etc. to Thiruvananthapuram from where it starts at 5.30 am and reaches
at 12.15 Noon.
